Bryan brother, Mike, and Bob, born in California, are professional doubles tennis players from America. They first got on top of the ATP doubles ranking in September 2003. Currently, they are holding 11th place. Bryan brother hold many records in doubles tennis, by the number of titles, some matches and tournaments played, and the most weeks spent on the top at the ATP doubles ranking list, to be exact 438. They finished ATP year in number one record ten times. They currently have more than hundred titles, including gold at London and bronze in Beijing Olympic Games. Their current coach is Phil Farmer.

Davis Cup is international competition in men’s tennis, it is played every year, and it is run by the International Tennis Federation. First Davis Cup match was played back in 1900, between Great Britain, and the United States, and it is held till this day. The United States is holding the absolute record in 32 titles won, and 29 times when they were runners-up. The 2017 champion is France who beat Belgium in the finals.
The 2007 Davis Cup took place in the Portland, Oregon. It was the 96th edition of Davis Cup, and sixteen teams participated in the World Group. The final was held in the 30th November till December 2nd, when the United States defatted Russia 4-1. Bryan brothers, Bob and Mike, beat Russians Igor Andreev and Nikolay Davydenko 7-6 6-4 6-2 to earn their country third win, and the Davis Cup title. The Americans had not won the team title in twelve years, and their last win was also against Russia on the clay in the Moscow in 1995. Bryan brothers said that Davis Cup 2007 was one of their biggest moments in the career and that they would cherish this moment for the rest of their lives.
14 years long run
Bryan brothers are retiring from Davis Cup, after fourteen years of playing for the United States. They announced this news on their Instagram account and stated that 2007 Davis Cup final was the greatest highlight of their carrier when twin brothers secured US record 32nd title. They also said that they are blessed to have played for two greatest captains Jim Courier and Patrick McEnroe. Both of them said that understand their decision, and that it was an honor to train them.
